DON WILSON HOUSE, WHANGANUI

Tucked into the hillside, the Wilson House in Whanganui feels calm, open and quietly confident. Designed in 1960 by Don Wilson after time studying with Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, it’s all clean lines, big panes of glass and easy indoor outdoor flow. Light moves through the rooms, and the garden always feels close.
